Cooking Hangi

Step 1 -
 Dice the vegetables
Onion (slice)
Carrot (square)
Cabbage ( slice)
Orange Kumara
Potato (square)
Pumpkin (square)
Chicken (cut in half)

Step 2 -
Put the chicken in first and top up with vegetables
Spices, salt

Bake 180 for 40 minutes
